sshtunnel.PortTunnel RemoteToLocal direction is not yet supported. Do we want to support that?

We do not want to open ourselves up to inbound traffic. If that is required, nfq_forwarder should be used at the remote end to facilitate inbound (outbound from remote) traffic.
