https://gitlab.keyop.co.uk/keyop/go/nfq_forwarder/-/merge_requests/14 resolves this as well as we can for now. Coverage is low, but hard to increase due to the privileged nature of some of the operations.

CI should enforce this as a minimum coverage level, but out of scope for this ticket.
